Do you have a Poltergeist?
The word ‘poltergeist’ means, “noisy or racketing ghost” in German. Poltergeists are random
energy psychokinetically generated by the spirit of an evil or mischievous person. They
are the only form of paranormal that can harm a person or animal, and therefore are not something to mess around with.
Poltergeists will more often than not occupy a household with at least one child; young children cannot decipher between
spirits and reality, and therefore are more susceptible to contact with paranormal.
However, many occurrences of poltergeists have also been recorded in households with no children.
Poltergeist activity can include the presence of unexplained noises such as knocking, banging, rapping, and footsteps. In some cases, objects can levitate or even fly across the room, and in extreme cases,
physical harm can occur.
There is no known “cure” for a poltergeist. It can go away
on its own if chooses to or gets bored, but we highly discourage any attempt of removal. Exorcisms
and House Blessings have never been documented as successful remedies, and often have worsened the activity. In the case of a poltergeist, the only guaranteed answer is to move.
If you believe that you have a poltergeist, we suggest researching the history of the property or land in question
before taking further action.
If you have a poltergeist story, please let us know about it. We
would like a chance to help you in any way we can, and see how we can learn from your experience. Only
through the knowledge of others can we gather information and see if there is a better way to handle a situation.
