The Zulad House is a beautiful setting of days gone by filled with rich history and many years of love. Our investigation of the Zulad House was not as most would typically go. LVGC partnered with LA Paranormal Network this evening and we thought we were getting a private investigation of the house. We were suprised to learn upon traveling 8 hours to do this investigation that what we presumed would be private ended up being something more deceptive. We were informed that the investigation would be open to others and there would be a few others joining us. This turned the investigation into a public event that we had NEVER signed up for. Public investigations are not good for gathering evidence. When you have unexperienced people in an investigation the evidence can not be relied on to be creditable. Needless to say MOST EVP was contaminated due to untrained people being present. The only credible EVP was gathered after the trainiees left. The night was a complete joke due to the fact that this was a promotional tactic to boost the team that was in charge of the Zalud House. The Newspaper showed up to write a story about the events of the night (which we were also unaware would be occuring) and the article stated that we Paid to do an investigation with this group, WRONG! we paid for a private investigation and were completely mislead in this whole thing. you can read the article here http://www.recorderonline.com/news/team-50660-paranormal-investigations.html   ( I will also add a link for email correspondence at bottom).  It was never stated to us that this would be a public event or that there would possibly be others joining us,which lead us to believe it was a private investigation. We paid $50.00 to do this investigation and left with nothing to show for it but I am glad they got promoted and were able to do something special for this historic location. My warning to you out there is please before you pay money to do these investigations, make sure you have all the facts. In this day and age paying for investigations is one thing but not being able to gather your own evidence to the nature of a so called haunting is another. Know what your paying for. I do wish the best for the team that is in charge of this house but I wish more for them to do the best for that location by not decieving other seasoned investigators and being completely informative on the investigations.  LVGC Wants to take this opportunity to apologize to LA Paranormal Network for this investigation going wrong. I should have checked more carefully but did not and for that I am sorry. Good luck and Happy Hunting !

My Email on the investigation: The names will be blotted out and read from the bottom up.
