We began this Investigation at 9pm It was a cloudy windy night and storms were starting to form. We sat up motion sensors and cameras and split into groups to begin. Some went to the second floor and Myself and one other went to the third floor. Nothing much to speak of on the third floor but the fourth floor was way different. There were some sort of isolation cells here and I managed to get locked in one which had not locks on it. My team member tried to get me out and called for the other guys to get me out. In the end the crazy thing was the door just opened as if it was never locked. We started making our way down stairs to check the cameras when the motion alarms went off. We to this day have no idea what set them off. the still camera captured a black mist in the corridor but nothing else definitive. The basement was the scariest for us, it took on the vibe of a haunted house during October. It had hanging corn and old couches with graffiti and old hospital beds plus skeletons as décor and that was the creepiest walking through this. We believe the Sanatorium to be haunted by many spirits some lost some unknowing why they are still there. We do plan to go back to do a more in depth investigation.
